Baking Instructions


PIZZA / CALZONE BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Make sure oven rack is in center of oven.
  2. Preheat oven to 450° for pizzas & 400° for calzones.
  3. Cook only one pizza at a time.
  4. Remove plastic wrap.
  5. Slide baking paper and pizza onto the middle of the oven rack. Do not place cardboard in oven!
  6. Check pizza after 6-7 minutes. Average baking time is 8-10minutes.
  7. If any bubbles appear, poke them.
  8. Pizza is ready when edges are golden brown. Pizzas bake evenly when directions are followed correctly, so if the edges are done the middle should be too.
  9. Carefully take pizza out by sliding the cardboard underneath it and holding it level.

MEXICAN BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Adjust oven rack to middle of the oven.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  3. Remove plastic wrap and replace with foil.
  4. Place burritos in middle of oven.
  5. Average baking time is 20 to 25 minutes
  6. Burritos are ready when they are heated all the way through and cheese is completely melted.

HELPFUL HINTS:

  1. Pizza can be refrigerated for 24 hours. (But we recommend baking immediately.)
  2. We recommend if you wish to freeze the pizza that you cook it first.
  3. Cooked frozen pizza must be thawed completely before being reheated.
  4. Baking paper will turn brown, but it won’t catch fire.
  5. Pizzas with extra toppings take longer to bake.
